Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between sixty to thirty-one (60-31) days of the check-in date forfeit the Initial Deposit (ie 50% of the total, paid upon booking). Cancellations that are made within thirty (30) days of the check-in date forfeit the entire total due unless Storybook Villa is able to be re-booked for the vacated dates reserved under the original reservation & rental agreement. Changes to reserved dates (ie date-changes or shortened-stays) are considered cancellations for each day changed.

Any cancellation or change must be made in writing (email preferred).

Deposit Policy

Storybook Villa accepts payment by credit card only. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted.

The Initial Deposit is equal to 50% of the rental fee, cleaning fee, and tax. It is paid at the time of booking and will be applied toward your rental balance once your reservation has been confirmed by the owner. You will be asked to pay the deposit by credit card at the end of this online booking process.

The Remaining 50% Balance as well as the $400 Damage Deposit are due 60 days before your check-in date. If you are booking this within 60 days of arrival, the total amount is due at time of booking.
