Off-Site Parking Options

We have researched off-site parking availability in the immediate surrounding area for guests needing additional parking. We would be happy to share our findings in order to help accommodate you. Our off-site parking recommendations (locations, terms & conditions, etc.) can be deemed reliable but are not guaranteed and Lessor (Owners) will not be liable for any issue (tow, ticket, damage, etc.) that occurs to vehicles parked off-site.

1. The Clarion Hotel Parking Lot (green dot on map): 616 W. Convention Way, Anaheim $25/day (inexpensive when compared) & allows cars to park overnight without being a hotel guest.
YOU MUST: pre-pay inside with someone at the check-in counter & receive a special parking pass which allows you to come & go without incurring additional fees.
* Directions from Storybook Villa: Right on Walnut to Katella (L), to Harbor (R), to Convention Way (R). Clarion Hotel & parking on your left (make U-turn).

2. Residential Neighborhood Nearby (yellow dot on map): Nearby & Free, but your car will need to be moved to another spot (in this same neighborhood) every other day to avoid being towed (72-hour max for same exact spot on the street). This tract is also subject to Street Sweeping – currently posted as Thursday 12noon-4pm. Your car cannot be parked here on Thursdays during these hours (for this particular day & time, just use our visitor parking placard for temporary 24-hour parking in one of the green visitor parking spots. Car will need to be moved out of visitor parking within 24 hours to avoid being towed).
* Direction from Storybook Villa: Left on Walnut, left on Goodhue. Park anywhere in this tract.
* This Tract = Feather St, Colonial Ave, Goodhue Ave, Castle Ave, Chalet Ave, & Hampstead St.
* If you choose this area, We Recommend Parking on Feather St along the wood fence or block walls to avoid parking directly in front of someone’s home.
* To avoid being towed, you must move your car to another spot (within this area) within 72 hours of initially parking in a particular spot on the street.
* To avoid a street-sweeping ticket, you cannot park in this area during posted street-sweeper times (See Sign posted: currently Thursday 12noon-4pm but subject to change).

Note: if you park anywhere with signs posted that say “Permit Parking – Residents Only” you are in the wrong area completely and your car will be towed.
