Not only did we just remodel and upgrade each room in the house, but we (parents of 3 young children), have thought of everything so that your stay is first-class and hassle-free. And clean & sanitized too!
Let’s make a list as we take a tour through the home…
As you enter the home using a combo-keyless entry, you’ll notice the living room is home to a brand new sofa (Queen sleeper), shag rug, fireplace (SV#1), new flat screen tv, Apple TV with access to Netflix / Disney Plus / Sling TV, also DVD player, wireless internet, and cordless phone (free long distance calls to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada) You might see the mini playground & slide for the kids out back on one half of the patio (SV#1).
On your way to the dining room you might notice the 1/2 bath and inside laundry room that will no doubt come in handy later in your stay. Family dining area and there’s a patio table & chairs as well for those balmy Southern California days when you just have to be outside to soak up the beautiful weather.
The kitchen boasts all-new stainless steel appliances and every utensil and extra you will need to whip up a quick snack, Dad’s pancakes, or everyone’s favorite dinner that only Mom can make.
As we head up stairs, parents of young children will appreciate the child safety gates provided at both the top & bottom of the staircase. At the top of the stairs, you might pick up on a trend throughout the home — vintage Disney storybook pages have been nicely framed, aligning the hallway as well as walls of many rooms throughout the house. The hall bath upstairs is the Disney bathroom, with Disney shower-curtain, towels, bath mat, even soap dispenser.
The “Kids Room” with the bunk bed is on the right (great view of Disneyland fireworks from this room in SV#1 / See them perfectly from your parking spot at SV#2). With the bottom bunk being a double and the extra twin bed provided, this easily sleeps 4 sleepy-heads. Again, parents will appreciate the pack-n-play cribs provided, along with other essentials for little ones such as the double & single strollers.
The corner bedroom at SV#1 is our “Hollywood Room”. This room hosts a queen-sized bed with a comfy memory foam mattress and works nicely for any guest, especially those travelers who come to Southern California hoping to bump into a movie-star (or become one themselves someday!)
The master bedroom is last. This is where you (the person paying for trip) are going to stay, so we wanted to make it extra nice (after all, you deserve it). We call this the “SoCal Coast” room and hope you feel extra relaxed when you stretch out on the king-sized bed with new memory foam mattress (its dreamy). You’ll feel extra room to breathe with a vaulted ceiling above you. The master bedroom has a tv, dvd player, and Netflix / Disney Plus / Sling TV as well. The master bathroom at SV#1 boasts a full-size glass shower, big enough for two, that separates itself from the standard corner stall you will find in most properties.
